Discovery School Snowshoe Training
The Discovery School kids get basic snowshoe training courtesy of Friends of Northwest Hatcheries, Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, and Chelan County WSU Extension.
The snowshoe experience was an element of Discovery School's Outdoor Education component, which also includes basic orientation with map and compass, and wilderness survival and safety.
